K3 Investments was formed in 1986 in the San Gabriel Valley of Southern California.  Since then, our clientele base has grown to include developers, lenders, mortgage bankers, attorneys, private property owners, accountants, property management companies, realtors, life insurance companies, conduits, government agencies, and public entities. 

The owner of the firm, Kim Kearney, has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry. In addition to an MBA in Finance, her qualifications include the following designations and licenses: MAI, ASA, CCIM, CGREA, and CA Brokers License.  She is also a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and is a State of California Certified Small Business. She has also obtained the Certifications of WBE/CBE, Certified Women Business Enterprise and Community Business Enterprise. 

Valuation, consulting, and brokerage services have involved numerous types of properties such as, mixed-use developments, restaurants, apartments, mini-warehouses, retail, office, industrial, medical, condominiums, land, residential subdivisions, and special purpose projects. Special assignments have also involved the design and implementation of nationwide Internet surveys and on-site focus groups.
